From humble roots, our founder became acutely aware of the housing crisis after his children graduated from school, concerned for their futures amidst a growing shortage and rising rents. Compelled to become part of the solution, he broke ground on Citizen’s inaugural project—transforming single-use land into an optimal ten-unit residential rental.
The mission? To provide more Calgarians with functional homes built with character, as the kind of accommodating and understanding landlord everyone would wish for.
